Yes. The intake supports voice dictation using your browser's built-in speech recognition. The audio is transcribed on your device — only the resulting text is submitted; raw audio never leaves your computer.

Plans are billed monthly (or annually, at a discount) through Stripe. Manage your plan, payment method, and invoices anytime in Settings → Billing.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — no phone call required. There's a 14-day refund window from your first charge. After cancellation your access runs to the end of the period, and your data is retained for 30 days in case you return.
Yes. Your industry automatically selects a vertical pack that weights the right sections and switches on any compliance modules — for example Fintech adds a regulatory pack and the fintech benchmark cohort.
Yes. Each customer's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold. We don't show ads. See the Trust Center and Privacy Policy.
