Begrasp (“we”, “us”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [JURISDICTION]. These Terms govern your use of the Begrasp service, including the website, the diagnosis dashboard, and any associated services (the “Service”).
Begrasp produces an AI-generated brand-and-business diagnosis. Outputs are analytical estimates and decision support — not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them. We do not auto-deploy any changes to your properties.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to represent the brand you submit.
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max, and Ultra) are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Prices are as shown at purchase. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see the Refund Policy. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
You may not misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering the engine, reselling outputs as your own product without a Custom/partner agreement, submitting unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt or overload the Service. The free scorecard is rate-limited and for evaluation.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement.
The Service, engine, and methodology are our intellectual property. Generated assets we deliver to you (schema, FAQ blocks, briefs) are licensed to you to use for your brand.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [3] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account becomes read-only and data is retained per the Privacy Policy.
